My heart is drawn to You

like a magnet to steel

my mind is wired to seek

the truths that You reveal

You have designed the code

that gives life to every cell

Your science and art spring forth

from a never-ending well

You are the author of creation, Father of mankind

You are the poet and the painter, the writer and arranger

Lord I was made to love You because Your name

is written in my heart

The creatures of the sea

the beings on the land

You gave them form and spirit

that You have not allowed
